You’re an ATHLETE
The biomotor ability you’re after is SPEED
If you can perform your sport skill at high rates of speed, you’ll rise
If not, you’ll get stuck
Organizing means and methods according to CNS demand is what allows adaptation to workload without disruption to recovery-and that’s what drives overall outputs!!
