The Number One Quality

The number one question I get asked is: “my son has x, y and z tournament this summer, how would training work with that?”

I explain that the key is consistency. For an athlete to become the best they can be, sport skill and strength training must be worked on together, in synchronization. So no matter the circumstances, the athlete is developing the habit of working consistently to improve their power and speed. When an athlete is out of town, we use a combination of

✅ Speed and Acceleration Work

✅ Bodyweight Exercises

✅ Hotel Gym Equipment

✅ Bands

To construct smart, quality workouts, that allow the athlete to keep making progress. Lazy athletes use their schedule as an excuse to not train and sit around. Disciplined athletes get their training done, home or away, and keep their progress going. If it’s important to you, you’ll find a way. If not, you’ll find an excuse.
